» Initial Analysis
Prior to conducting a full investigation, Brussel Consulting will perform an overview inspection and report the findings to our potential clients. This “first look” enables us to help clients make the distinction between a maintenance problem and a major construction defect, before they make a monetary investment with us.

» Investigation & Evaluation
We coordinate the entire investigation process, including participating in and supervising on-site testing. We also compile homeowners’ surveys, and thoroughly review all reports and construction documents. After all relevant data has been considered, an in-depth evaluation report of the construction defect issues is presented.

» Mediation, Arbitration or Trial
If the right decision is to pursue litigation, we become the coordinator for the homeowners association and the attorneys.

Directly participating in the efforts of the discovery process. we help determine budgets and assist in developing a detailed investigation schedule. In addition, our familiarity with trade professionals enables us to hire the best qualified specialty experts and coordinate their efforts, as needed.

During settlement negotiations, we give an indication of the costs necessary for reconstruction and analyze figures to determine whether the proposed settlement amount is fair and equitable.
